Fixed
- Opening a restored or previously visited board no longer triggers repeated React state updates.
- Workspace and board sync data keeps stable identities until the underlying data changes.
- Existing board engines are rebound only when the selected engine actually changes.
- Inactive Assembly cleanup no longer publishes redundant store updates.
