If you believe content distributed through Minotauris-controlled properties infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice with the claimed work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information.
What to include
Provide identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the URL or location of the material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature from the rights holder or authorized agent.
Review process
We review notices in good faith and may remove, disable, restrict, or preserve access while evaluating the claim. We may forward notices to the affected user or relevant service providers. Counter-notice procedures apply where required by law.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe or appear to repeatedly infringe may be suspended or terminated. False, abusive, or bad-faith notices may create legal liability.
