How Minotauris handles account, device, and workspace data.

We collect information needed to run Minotauris, including account identity, email address, name, avatar, authentication identifiers, billing identifiers, plan and entitlement data, usage balances, usage ledger entries, model request metadata, support messages, legal acceptance records, diagnostics, device and browser metadata, and security signals.

Sign-in may be handled by an identity provider. That provider may process login identifiers, sessions, device data, and security information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Payments, subscriptions, receipts, customer records, chargebacks, fraud checks, and tax or billing data may be processed through Stripe or a successor payment provider. Minotauris does not intentionally store full card numbers.

Product service providers may store account records, usage balances, ledger entries, workspace metadata, model request records, legal acceptance records, hosting data, analytics, logs, and related operational data.

The desktop app may store board state, layouts, local events, permission choices, workspace paths, and operational state on your device. Local-first storage does not mean all processing stays local: sync, remote access, model requests, billing, update checks, and support features can transmit relevant data when enabled or required for the feature.

You control which files, folders, shell commands, screenshots, credentials, and connected services you make available to the desktop app. Do not connect private, regulated, sensitive, employer-owned, client-owned, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so.

When you use AI features, prompts, messages, tool schemas, file excerpts, command output, retrieved context, images, metadata, and model results may be sent to third-party model providers such as OpenRouter, DeepSeek, or other providers. Those providers may process data under their own terms and policies. Minotauris does not control provider retention, training, filtering, routing, uptime, or output behavior except through available provider settings.

We use information to sign users in, provide downloads, meter credits, process billing, operate AI requests, debug and secure services, detect abuse, enforce legal terms, provide support, improve reliability, understand aggregate usage, and comply with law.

The website uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, billing flows, security, and preferences. Analytics and speed insights may measure page performance, device/browser metadata, events, referral data, and aggregate usage so we can understand and improve the website.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Minotauris, including hosting, identity, database, payments, analytics, email, security, model routing, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, respond to legal process, or transfer the product as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing and accounting records, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, preserve legal acceptance evidence, resolve disputes, and secure the product. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or account help by contacting support@minotauris.app. Some data may be retained where necessary for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate operational reasons.

Minotauris is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may use Minotauris only with parent or legal guardian review, permission, and responsibility.
