Minotauris 0.7.0: scheduled tasks and steadier supervision

Minotauris 0.7.0 is a reliability update for longer desktop sessions and scheduled work.

Added

• A Scheduled tasks panel in Sessions for viewing, filtering, editing, pausing, resuming, and deleting scheduled work.
• Scheduled tasks that can run future or recurring missions when Minotauris is open or running in the tray.
• Session-level scheduled task creation from the desktop sessions view.
• Leaders and Managers can schedule future or recurring missions.
• Workers can ask their supervisor to schedule follow-up work.
• Longer uninterrupted desktop sessions during normal use.

• Leaders and Managers now get a follow-up nudge after spawning or chartering subordinates so newly idle agents receive a direct first instruction.
• Workspace inspection is faster and returns tighter, more useful results in large projects.
• Scheduled work can start on the right session even when that session is not already selected.

Changed

• If a scheduled task is due while the target desktop is offline, the task is cancelled with a computer-offline status instead of pretending it ran.
• The steer composer status line is centered when it is the only message below the input.
